N-tour様から依頼を受け現地シューティングへ伺いました。２日間、岐阜県八百津町の
銘品老舗へ話をお聞きしました。どの店も素材から工程まで真剣に向き合う姿に感銘を受けました。
また、近年メディアでも取り上げられることとなった「命のビザ」を発給した杉原千畝記念館の
国枝館長からは時代の背景で何があり、それを教訓に「今」私たちはどのように考え、
何が大切なのかを熱く語いただきました。
日本のいたるところに、語るべき物語と思いのこもった銘品があます。
そういった町の素晴らしいところを町おこし・村おこしのプロモーションの一つとして
HoneyJとして関わることへの幸せを実感します。

We visited the shooting at 岐阜八百津町 by request from N-tour for 2days
I visited the shop has a long history in this area and was impressed by the seriousness
with which all the stores dealt with everything from materials to processes.
In addition, Mr. Kunieda, the director of the Sugihara Chiune Memorial Museum,
which has been covered by the media in recent years.
He spoke passionately about what happened in the background of the times
and how we should think and what is important now.
Everywhere in Japan, there are stories to be told and many special products that are filled with feelings.
I would like to share them as one of the town’s promotions.
